STUDY PERMITS
We assist persons who would like to further their education in Canada. This will include assisting with the University/ College application to obtain a Letter of acceptance, creating the study plan, acquiring a GIC (where required) and applying for a Post Graduate Work Permit in the required time frame. We will also apply for an open spousal permit and study permits for dependents under 18 years old (if requires
WORK PERMITS
We assist with work permits for Labour Marker Impact assessment (LMIA) based jobs, LMIA exempt jobs, Caregiver programs, Seasonal Farming positions and Open spousal work permits. If your occupation does not require a work permit we will ensure you meet the eligibility requirements and the job you will be undertaking meeting the criteria for a work permit exemption.
EXPRESS ENTRY
We assist with creating an Express Entry profile and submitting an application once an Invitation to Apply was received. This will cover Federal Skilled Workers, Federal Trades Program, the Canadian Experience Class and some Provincial Nominee Programs.
FAMILY SPONSORSHIP
We assist permanent resident and citizens who would like to sponsor their spouse, common law or conjugal partner, their dependents or parents.
BUSINESS IMMIGRATION
We assist persons in pursuing business immigration. This includes Entrepreneurs, Investors and Self Employed persons. Our application package also comprises of attaining letters of support and creating Business plans.
PERMANENT RESIDENT SERVICES
We assist with Permanent resident card application and renewal, travel document applications and Citizenship applications.
OTHER VISA SERVICES
We assist with Super visas, Temporary visa, and all visa extension applications. We also so access to Information and Privacy Act requests for clients who may have had their application denied or refused.
PRE AND POST ARRIVAL SERVICES
We assist with applying to jobs, creating a Canadian resume, opening a bank account, renting/buying your first home, doing your taxes, applying for your driver's license, getting your kids enrolled in school, applying for your PR card and Health cards.
