Kaiande Devonish, an immigrant herself, came to Canada as a Federal Skilled Worker through the Express Entry system. Having obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Jamaica, she gained her work experience in the island of Trinidad and Tobago.

After migrating to Canada, Kaiande developed a passion for helping other persons through the immigration process. She attended Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario and gained her qualification in Immigration and Citizenship Law.

She then became licensed by the College of Immigration Consultant Canada (CICC) as a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) and now provides Immigration services to nationals throughout the entire Caribbean and Canada. She is also licensed to represent clients before the Immigration and Refugee Board in Canada is an application is refused or denied.

Her duty is to stay abreast of the latest developments in policy, law and Immigration programs to ensure she gives quality and current advice.

Being a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) means that she is Licensed and Authorized by the Government of Canada through the College of Immigration Consultant Canada to provide Immigration services to potential immigrants. This also means she is held at high ethical and professional standards to maintain her License, which includes maintaining Insurance to protect clients and also doing continuous professional development courses every year.
